With Genki Explorer, you're covered for dental emergencies up to €500 per insurance case for pain-relief treatments, and up to €1000 per insurance if the treatment is a result of an accident.
With Genki Resident medically necessary dental treatments are covered 100% but there is a limit for orthodontics coverage up to 50% of costs.
The Air Doctor app offers dentist consultations with a €500 limit per insurance case applied to all insurance cases.
This doesn't mean your treatment is only cover up to €500. That will depend if you're insured by Genki Explorer or Genki Resident, and if your treatment is related to pain relief or an accident.
If your treatment covered limit is above €500, you can have the first €500 of treatment covered directly by Air Doctor, and the remaining amount you will need to pay yourself and then submit a claim to get a reimbursement.
You can submit a claim in the Member Center under "Compensation".
Again: Genki Explorer only offers a €500 limit applied per insurance case (not by every consultation) for dental emergency treatments related to pain relief. If you're insured with Genki Explorer, the limit extends to €1000 for dental treatments that are only related to accidents.
