With Genki Explorer and Resident direct payment to hospitals is possible when hospitalization is necessary. Meaning, if you have to stay overnight at a hospital for treatment, or if you'll need surgery.

Genki acts as an insurance agent, which means we are responsible for providing the insurance consultation before our members start their insurance, and we are also responsible for customer support questions that are not directly related to medical assistance or claims, and ultimately for product development.

DR-WALTER is the insurer responsible for any coverage agreements, including accepting or denying claim reimbursements and ultimately hospital direct payments, but, as for the latest, MD Medicus will provide the hospital coverage on behalf of DR-WALTER.
