Genki Native includes extensive coverage for medical transport and repatriation, helping you get the right care—even in another country—when needed.

✈️ Transport to Another Country

You can request medical transport to another country from where the accident or emergency occurred, with prior approval from the insurer (Squarelife). This may apply when specialized treatment or recovery is best done elsewhere.

You can also request medical repatriation to your:

  • Country of citizenship, or

  • Country of expatriation

✅ Unlike many international or travel health insurance providers, your Genki Native coverage does not end after you are repatriated. Your insurance remains active.

🏥 Emergency Medical Transport

In the event of an emergency or accident, Genki Native also covers:

  • Transport to the nearest suitable hospital
(by road, air, water, or rail ambulance)

  • Transport to and from outpatient treatments, such as:

    • Dialysis

    • Radiation therapy

    • Chemotherapy

Transport of Mortal Remains

Genki Native also covers the transport of mortal remains to another country, with prior approval from the insurer.

If you need more details about pre-approval or how to proceed in a medical emergency, visit the Member Center under the "Help" section.
