The maximum coverage limit per insurance year is €500.
You can go directly to any licensed therapist without the need to check with a medical doctor first if you get prior approval from the insurer (Squarelife), or, you can see a doctor and get a prescription for your treatment. These treatments aim to alleviate any symptoms and not only for leisure, therefore, coverage is accepted upon their medical necessity.
Genki Native Basic does not offer coverage for alternative treatments. Genki Native Premium can cover alternative treatments.
