Inpatient psychotherapy (admitted to a psychiatric facility for intensive care)
Outpatient psychological treatment (including psychiatrists, psychologists, and psychotherapists). This treatment requires prior approval from the insurer
Psychotherapy apps (only if psychotherapy is prescribed) e.g. BetterHelp.
