The insurance certificate is the document you use as proof of your insurance when applying for a Visa or when entering a country.
You can find your insurance certificate (after signing up) in the Member Center under "Documents"
If you have different insurances under your account you will have to pick the person first so you can find the right certificate.
At the top of the Member Center page, you can find the name of the person inside a dropdown list. Click on the name of the person and you will see the full list of people insured using that account.
Choose the name of the person you're trying to find the certificate for and then scroll down to "Documents".
