Visit the cancellation page via the link in your Member Center.
If you have multiple active subscriptions (e.g., family members), you can select which one you'd like to cancel.
You can choose any valid cancellation date, including mid-month in the case of our travel health insurance products.
During the process, youโll also have the option to share your feedback with us.

This tool does not support retroactive cancellations. If you have open invoices from past billing periods, canceling your plan won't void those charges. In such cases, please contact our support team directly for help.
๐ Minimum Subscription Periods by Product
Genki Traveler & Genki Explorer
Minimum subscription: 1 month
Maximum subscription: 1 year
You can cancel any time after the first month, including mid-cycle.
Genki Resident & Genki Native
Minimum subscription: 12 months
Early cancellation is only possible in exceptional cases.
Please contact support if you wish to request cancellation before the first 12 months.
