You can view your Genki Credit balance anytime by logging into your account on the Genki Credit page
On that page, you'll see your total 'Credit left to spend' at the top. This is applied automatically to your upcoming invoices across all your subscriptions.
How Genki Credit is applied
Your Genki Credit balance is always used first toward your upcoming invoice. If the available Genki Credit does not cover the full invoice amount, the remaining amount will be charged to your payment method.
Example:
Monthly premium: €63.90
Available Genki Credit: €60.00
Genki Credit applied: €60.00
Remaining amount charged to your saved payment card: €3.90
You don't need to apply the credit manually — it will be used automatically when your next invoice is processed.
Below that, you'll find a 'Reimbursement payouts' table showing the reimbursements you've chosen to receive as Genki Credit.

Only reimbursements selected to be received as Genki Credit will appear on this page.
It may take up to 24 hours for your Genki Credit to appear after you receive confirmation from Squarelife.
