Genki Traveler covers emergency transport under the following conditions:

Ambulance Transport
If you face a medical emergency, you are covered for ambulance transport to the nearest suitable hospital.
Medical Repatriation
If medically necessary, medical repatriation to your home country is covered. (Note: This must be managed by the Emergency Assistance team).
Transport by Any Suitable Vehicle
Depending on the severity of the emergency, transport can include air ambulance or any suitable vehicle based on your condition.
🛑 Important Notes:
Medical Repatriation must be arranged by the Emergency Assistance team (MCI Assist).
Transport for non-emergency reasons or personal preferences is not covered.
