With Genki Traveler, coverage does not include pre-existing conditions. It’s important to understand what qualifies as a pre-existing condition to avoid any surprises.
What’s a Pre-Existing Condition? 🤔
A pre-existing condition is any health issue that meets at least one of the following criteria:
⚠️ Symptoms, Medical Advice, Diagnosis, or Treatment
You experienced symptoms, sought medical advice, received a diagnosis, or underwent treatment for the condition within one year before the start of your Genki Traveler insurance.
⚠️ Chronic or Congenital Conditions
It is a chronic condition or a congenital condition that you were aware of before your insurance started.
⚠️ Recent Symptoms
You experienced symptoms related to a condition within one month before the start of your Genki Traveler coverage.
Important Reminder 📝
Pre-existing conditions will not be covered under the Genki Traveler plan, whether you’ve already been diagnosed or haven’t seen a doctor yet for the condition.
Always ensure you’re aware of these limitations when purchasing your Genki Traveler insurance. Stay healthy and travel safe! 🌍✈️
