Genki Native offers coverage for any type of illness, accident, and overall medical condition, as long as the symptoms appear after the insurance is already active.

But, so that the claims team can determine when those symptoms started, what those symptoms are, the diagnosis, and consequent treatment, they will need medical documentation with that same information.

In sum, the claims team will require information about individual medical services: This includes descriptions of each medical service provided, such as consultations, tests, treatments, and procedures.

Treatment data more specifically can refer to:
โ€‹

Diagnosis Information:

  • Diagnosed condition(s)

  • Date of diagnosis

  • Severity and stage of the condition

Treatment Plan Details:

  • Goals and objectives of the treatment

  • Specific treatments prescribed (e.g., medications, therapies, surgeries)

  • Dosage and frequency for medications

  • Schedule for therapies and procedures

Treatment Components:

  • Descriptions of each treatment component (e.g., type of medication, type of therapy)

  • Expected duration of each treatment

  • Frequency of administration or sessions

And depending on the complexity of the case later on can be added further details.

  • Follow-up appointments

  • Monitoring protocols (e.g., regular blood tests, imaging)

  • Metrics for measuring progress (e.g., pain levels, mobility improvements)

The medical documentation can be written in any language, the documents don't need to be in English!

You can find the instructions to submit a claim in the Member Center under "Compensation".
