Genki Native provides worldwide coverage, including in your country of citizenship. However, coverage in the USA and Canada is subject to specific limitations:

Limited to 30 days per insurance year
Maximum coverage limit: €250,000 per insurance year
Only covers accidents and life-threatening emergencies
This limitation applies regardless of your country of citizenship, even with the Premium variant of Genki Native. If you are a citizen of the USA or Canada, your coverage in those countries will still be limited to 30 days per insurance year and only for urgent cases.
