Who Handles Your Claims?
Genki acts as an insurance agent, meaning that all agreements and reimbursements related to medical costs are the responsibility of the partner behind Genki Explorer and Genki Resident's policies, DR-WALTER.
This means that:
Genki does not have access to medical or claim-related information.
Any questions regarding the status of reimbursement or whether a specific treatment is covered must be directed to DR-WALTER's claims team.
Claim Processing Time
The current claim handling time is between 1-2 weeks, plus additional transfer time for payouts.
Both Genki and DR-WALTER continuously work to improve processing times and make the reimbursement process as smooth and efficient as possible.

Receiving Your Reimbursement
Once your claim is approved, DR-WALTER will send you a confirmation email.
Within 2-3 days, you’ll receive a separate email from DR-WALTER’s payments team containing a payment link to request your reimbursement.
The payment link is valid for 7 days.
