Genki Explorer payments are made through a monthly subscription with a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 2 years. You just sign up and pay for coverage monthly, and you can cancel any month free of charge. Maximum flexibility. 🤸
You can cancel your subscription in the Member Center at any time, just scroll down to "How do I cancel the contract?" and click on "Cancel my subscription". Easy!

Want to avoid the next payment? Request the cancellation during the previous monthly cycle before the payment date.
Note that cancellations do not work retroactively. By requesting the cancellation through the Member Center the same will become effective by the end of the current monthly cycle.
If you have any pending payments, the cancellation request through the Member Center will not cancel any past-due payments. Please contact our support in that situation.
