β The quickest way: check your Member Center
The product name is shown directly in your Member Center on the Overview page, next to your active subscription.
Log in
On the homepage, you'll see the name of your insurance under each insured person (e.g., "Genki Traveler" or "Genki Native")
If you have multiple active subscriptions (for example, one for yourself and one for a family member), each will be listed separately

Home country coverage limited to medical emergencies
14-day waiting period at the start of the insurance
Single plan, with optional region upgrade for USA & Canada coverage

Genki Native β International health insurance for long-term living abroad
Monthly subscription, minimum 12 months, with no maximum duration
Designed for expats, long-term remote workers, and people living abroad without a fixed return date
Broader long-term coverage
Includes a medical questionnaire at application
Two variants: Basic and Premium, with different levels of benefits
