If you experience a serious medical emergency or accident that requires overnight hospitalization, the hospital must contact our 24/7 emergency assistance to arrange direct payment.

✔ No network restrictions – You can visit any doctor, clinic, or hospital worldwide, public or private.
✔ Exceptions – In some countries affected by sanctions or where the healthcare facility is not deemed legitimate, coverage may not apply.

1️⃣ Get the necessary urgent care at the hospital.
2️⃣ Ask the hospital to contact our 24/7 emergency assistance for direct payment.
3️⃣ If you're unable to request assistance yourself, a family member or friend can do so on your behalf.
4️⃣ Contact emergency assistance as soon as possible using the details below.

✔ Hospital/doctor's name & phone number
✔ Suspected diagnosis
