Genki Traveler offers flexible worldwide coverage, ensuring you're protected wherever your journey takes you. Below is an overview of how coverage applies in different regions:

🌍 Worldwide Coverage

  • You can travel to any country worldwide with Genki Traveler.

  • There is no limit on how long you can stay abroad during your insurance period, as long as your insurance remains active.

🏑 Home Country Coverage

  • Coverage in your home country is limited to 6 weeks and applies only to medical emergencies that started within 6 weeks of your arrival.

  • Important: You must have been outside your home country for at least 4 weeks before returning to qualify for this 6-week coverage.

πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ USA & Canada Coverage

  • If you choose the "Worldwide (limited in Canada & USA)" region option, coverage in the USA and Canada is limited to medical emergencies that started within 7 days of your arrival in either country.

  • If your home country is the USA or Canada, the 6-week limit applies separately to both the USA and Canada, regardless of your selected region option.

🌴 Autonomous US Territories

  • Autonomous US territories do not have the 6-week limitation. These territories include:

    • Puerto Rico

    • Guam

    • Northern Mariana Islands

    • American Samoa

    • Minor Outlying Islands
