We are searching for alternative services that allow Genki Explorer members to search for doctors and book consultations online, which will include both in-person consultations but also telemedicine.
What is the process? You pay the costs, keep the invoices and all relevant medical documents, and submit a claim in the Member Center under "Compensation" to get a reimbursement of your costs. You have the freedom to choose any local medical provider (public or private).
It’s up to the customer to find the medical provider they wish to consult and it’s also up to the customer to book the appointment without the interference of the insurer.
A deductible of €50 is applied per insurance case for any new members, and for previous members who chose to have insurance with a €50 deductible.
